Honda has been leading some of the top super-bike events and the company has participated in the 2012 Isle of Man TT. The company made an announcement that they are very happy with the performance of their team and success that have led to three victories out of five solo motorcycle races in the contest. Honda also said that they are sad that the Senior TT races were cancelled for the first time but they are glad that their teams have participated in 11 races out of 15 that happened at the event.

McGuinness provided the first victory to Honda with legendary CBR1000RR Fireblade. In the Padgetts Racing Honda was on the second spot and very close to the first spot with the margin of just 0.77 seconds. Honda said that with all the Honda TT wins into consideration they have won 163 races in all. McGuinness now has 19 victories in his TT history and probably next year Honda will try to improve his performance.
